My name is Raven Sickal, I am the broker and owner of Cottage and Loft Realty...hopefully you have heard of us : )
I established Cottage and Loft Realty in 2009 with my client's needs in mind. I felt it was important to create a firm where the satisfaction of the client is the basis of the company's success, not sales volume.
I became a licensed real estate agent in 2003 and obtained her Broker's license in 2006. Since becoming a licensed agent, I have received multiple awards for excellence in sales. Ultimately, I believe referrals from past clients are the true measure of my success.
My experience in the real estate business is a very important factor in successful transactions. I have extensive knowledge of the Richmond market, and have developed positive professional relationships with other agents in the industry. I pride myself on being an aggressive negotiator, and being well respected within the community.
